What are all the buttons for? What is the whole thing even for? I assume a thermostat..... On the bright side its definitely a good learning experience building whatever that is. After this id look into larger displays and possibly a rotary encoder. Lots of ways to improve this while making it look cleaner with less clutter.

All the buttons are different light switches within the apartment. A map of the apartment will appear on the screen. Yes, some experience in programming is gained over time.
