Nice build, but you shoud stick it on top of a pole, the way you have them mounted you are catching the Bernoulli effect and flow detachment turbulence of the roof to the fullest.

I forgot you can change the baud rate also with the command "010607D10002" for 9600

How are things communicating and how does the esp get for example the correct windspeed

The strings posted by @rare marten look like raw modbus commands, so by decoding them it appears to me that changing the baudrate is done at address 2001

Works! Tested to change baud rate IDs at address 2001 and they do change indeed.
