I made this for my mom's kitchen. It's got a presence sensor, connects to a monochromatic LED strip and has 2 buttons for changing brightness. The 3D case is based on one I found on printables, but I changed the shape and reversed the direction of the board and added the button press functionality with those slits that look like anime eyes

Here are the STL files. I forgot to mention that the button portion was made by soldering a 3x6x5 2 pin button to a section of perf pcb I cut

They are just usb-c breakout boards with pre-soldered 5.4k resistors so it will pull 5v from PD chargers. It's being used to power an LED strip and I read the built in 5v pin of the D1 mini can't handle that much current, so I wanted to be safe.
I also ended up using some trips of perf board as terminal blocks for all the ground attatchments
