Very nice!
are you willing to share source files, if they're Kicad? I'd like to make my own but a starting point would be super nice
The files are diptrace, I can send that or export to any of these if you can use them
Eagle should work!
I've thought about the pressure sensor as well, I'm surprised no one does it commercially. How's it worked out for you so far?
reasonably well
I haven't noticed an obvious "its clogged" pressure spike, but a gradual increase over time
right, right, but hypothetically the pressure/flow graph for the blower can be used to calculate the optimal time to change the filter.
seems to have come through impressively well! thanks!
What I did in my code was set a fixed threshold based on a filter that was at around the correct replacement age, then flash a little filter icon on the screen
Did something get lost in that schematic translation? I don't see GND from the diode bridge connected to anything or on U1
Yellow "GND" label is there, overlapping some of the other pins.
Oh, so just a net label and not a GND symbol, not too many schematics leave out a GND symbol
