#[✓2.1.18] Regional train next leg causes lagspike and memory leak

2.1.17 (current devel) Windows +DLC

Whenever the (custom-made) regional train starts its leg at Rathaus at around :40 on my map, the game lags for a solid 25-30 seconds, and the RAM usage of the exe is increased by about half a gigabyte (!) each time, which then persists until the game is restarted.
This memory leak eventually causes the game to have a 20+GB memory footprint, and the entire process crawls to a halt (3-5fps) as a result.
(For reference my CPU is a Ryzen 7950X, and during the lagspike there's a 7% CPU usage, so about 2 threads' worth.)

Map is Karlsruhe & Surroundings on the Steam Workshop.

If the lagspike cannot be reproduced, I'm available for troubleshooting, attaching debuggers, etc.

Most likely a DLC issue, as I also noticed smaller but still significant lagspikes for other remote stations on the map.

@obsidian harbor weird it did not happen before. It seemed to loop somehow.

PERF: Itinerary recomputing took extreme time in special case
BUILD: 2.1.18

(hoping for a quick version release after this, because this is making the game unplayable for me, at four (now five) 15-second lagspikes per cycle...)
