[✓2.0.10] SelectedTrain and Construction UI ignore Scaling

Game Version: v2.0.9
OS: macOS

Steps:

1. Under Option › Video › HUD: reduce the UI Scaling
2. Notice the UI overlap under Construction UI • Most noticeable when looking at the bottom left of screen (see screenshots);
3. Notice the UI overlap/clipping when selecting a train • Most noticeable when looking at the bottom left of screen (see screenshots);

Note:

• Using 1920×1080 resolution.
• Endless mode; I did not try with other modes
