#[👣] Entering construction delete-mode by hotkey does not work

indeed, if i rebind contract details to another key, X works again in construction mode
Can confirm, same here
Issue RR-3059 has been assigned to this thread.
https://bitrich.youtrack.cloud/issue/RR-3059
@tranquil surge @floral kelp does this still happen on 1.17.12 that is currently on unstable?
we had a problem before 1.17.11 that previously active bottom bars would still listen to their button events (so edit contract on train bottom bar) but that was fixed in 1.17.11
I also cant reproduce the issue.
Does it happen when you start a save, immediately go into construction mode and press X (with default bindings)?
or do you need some extra steps before it?
could you also share the logs
I have only checked this once yesterday on 1.17.12 and it seemed to be fixed, will test further though when I'm back from work
i had tested this previously on 1.17.11 and it was not fixed (afaik this is where the bottom bar thing was fixed)
on 1.17.12 now, it seems to be fixed indeed
alright ill mark it as fixed then. still weird that it happened on 1.17.11 then.
please reopen a ticket if it does show itself again somehow
but i did just observe something alike: in contract editing mode, when i click on another train and press T, i would expect to go editing that other train's contract, as this is the button that is marked with T. it closes the current contract configuration instead. should i file a bug for that or is it intended behaviour?
well you shouldnt be able to click on another train in the contract edit focus view so thats a bug. which i just tried to reproduce and couldnt
you can click on another one in the schedule view (see yellow train) and this is a mandatory feature for me
yea thats correct. but there is no button to focus on that train in the focus view. so its correct that pressing T wont do anything else then closing the focus view in your case
did you see the button i marked in red? in the situation i highlighted above, pressing the button does go to that other train's contract (as intended) but pressing T doesn't, although T is the shurtcut with which that button is labeled
oo sorry i misunderstood. i see now. yea the keybind should do the same as pressing it
please make a seperate ticket for that issue to not misuse this ticket for it
will do,
