@thorn talon Do you have a save where upon loading it unlocks red T2 so it shows the message. because i could not reproduce this.
are you sure you reached red and not green T2?

Try on this save on your side. I only lowered the tier threshold in it to be easyly reproducible

Ha,I found it!
It is the smart format string problem - pluralization is used instead of choose. It works ok in English accidentally bud fails in other languages where English text is used as backup
