Unexpected

As shown in screenshot, editing tier threshold would not trigger an update for progress bar which can cause confusion

Reproduction

Editor
System upgrade panel
Change one/few tier thresholds
Note labels on progress bar doesn't update

Expected

Triggers an update once input is completed

@frigid herald couple of questions.
Do you have the logs from when this happened?
Where you editing a level that was last saved in editor before version 1.16.4?
Does this also happen on maps created with the current unstable version?
