Version: 1.16.4 (unstable version but number is not displayed now)

Sometimes no new contracts are generated and there is no slot for them next to the station sign.

Workaround: save&load.

It was either fault in build or```
FIX: NRE thrown on new game start-up
BUILD: 1.16.5
