To reproduce:
Unsure on actions that resulted in this switch persisting.
Wrong Behaviour:
Its just a point in the bulldoze menu - building track over it doesn't reset it
Expected Behaviour:
The point should have been deleted along with track segments, or be able to be deleted.
Extra notes:
It is not associated with any previous speed changes (e.g 80kmh to 200kmh as thought) because only 40kmh track has been used (or even unlocked) at this stage.

Update: Ingame fix with upgrade to different track speed now that it is unlocked. Deleted as expected following track upgrade and delete. N.B. trying to update the point by constructing additional switches over it, including original layout and one containing every in/out direction

The good news is that these switches are video bugs that disappear on restart without remaining on the map.

It is a good news but a bad news as well because now I have no clue how to fix the problem.

I got that same bug before 15 and it also does not survive after a save&load, I guess it's a side effect of new construction system
it's much easier to reproduce with wall and select to bulldoze section
