Step to reproduce: As a train arrives or leaves a platform without a sensor, add one.

Wrong behaviour: The train is reversed (and not stopped).

Expected behaviour: The train should not be affected.

FIX: Train was broken (unable to move) when heading to track end while signal built there
BUILD: 1.15.8

I fixed your save as well, it was utterly broken
