[✓1.15.8] Departure time before arrival time

Steps to reproduce:
Edit the timetable of a train and change some times (Unfortunately I do not have a more accurate reproduction)

Wrong behavior:

• The arrival time of the train for Charlottenburg is after the departure time and is not changed when the times in the timetable are changed.
• In the timetable for Charlottenburg there is a invisible train (you can hover and the number appears but no train is shown in the timetable)

Expected behavior:
The arrival and departure time should match the timetable settings.

FIX: Departure could be moved before arrival by moving departure to earlier because arrival time was updated (to preserve minimal stop duration) only in contract schedule but not in already scheduled trains
