#[×] Urban Train Counter Increases unexpectedly

Steps to reproduce:
I have tried unsuccessfully to get this to reproduce on a step basis, but can just say it happens at some random times. I loaded the save file, ran it to the timeframe and it didn't happen, but advanced to another time and it did.

Wrong behavior:
The counter at the Coach Yard increases by 1 unexpectedly

Expected behavior:
Not to create phantom trains

Video is best - Video one, at 16 seconds the counter of the coachyard changes from 0/16/1 to 0/17/1.
On Video two, at the beginning the count goes 17-18-17-18. The first 17-18 is expected (train arrives), 18-17 expected (train departs) but then goes 17-18 unexpectedly. When the next train to arrive in P3 goes to the CY, as it arrives at the CY the count goes from 18 to 20, when it should to to 19.

The game gives you an urban train every time it generates urban contract and removes one every time you reject it.

Oh, right. So not a bug then, unrelated to the train movements, it was the contracts generating that was driving that change.
