Dough is extremely crunchy outside and soft on the inside. Just needs a little bit more salt and it's golden.

Did another one, a bit larger. Fixed the amount of salt needed, and added a bit of ham on top.
Surprised on how thin I could stretch this dough without it breaking, and how good it tastes, compared to my traditional recipe (of mixing and growing the dough in a single step)
For the next ones I think I'll leave it a couple of minutes under the grill/broiler (whatever it's called)
