Running on the tokyo city or somewhere packed makes my game stutter or get worse performance from 80 fps to 60 and some stuttering but not as bad like before

Though how can I use EVO 8 liveries for my EVO 8 when it only works from the EVO 9 made liveries?!

That doesn't make any sense, I just wanna use earl's livery because the other one looked horrid and the car is locked on only using EVO 9 ones. Whoever made earl's livery on an EVO 9 needs research and fixing that horrid alignment

I was doing several laps in Rivals mode and after a while the game freezes and I can only restart the game if I want to continue playing. Is anyone else experiencing this?
