Hello Pop 1 community and Big abox devs.
Given the recent outrage around how our game is being treated.
I decided I’m going to write this post highlighting exactly what needs to be done in order for the game to grow, keep its current players happy, and make meta a lot more money.
Population One: Ultimate Royale (update name)
Major changes:
*Classic map removed from game for anyone above level 10
*evolving map has been set to default
*evolving map now supports 24 player match making
*Two new sandbox locations have been added to evolving map replacing dead river and the gap between frontier and foothills
*with the new locations the evolving map has gotten slightly larger
*3 new sky box renderings have been added for random rotation, now when loading into a Battle royale game you will either get: Default sunny, night time, sunset, or stormy with lighting, fog, and rain.
Gameplay changes:
*character speed and fling has been adjusted to a new default to match that of the scout class in Phoenix
*DT damage reduced to 88 per shot
*SPR damage nerfed
*smg damage against builds reduced (no more p90 60 rounds spraying thru builds)
QOL, event, and Store changes:
*new skins added to seeker silver store
*new milestone specific titles, sprays, and skins. (Example: 1000 headshot kills with sako = Title “S85 master” or something like this for all guns and advanced milestones)
*new “Ultimate royale battle pass” introduced for 25-30$ that includes many new skins, titles, sprays, flight trails you can get from playing this season.
*Friends list now displays how many teams are left in a game if you are waiting for your friends to come out.
*friends list now has option to DM a friend while in game short messages such as “can you play?”
*players can manage and reply to messages from inside a game from the menu section or from main menu.
