This was fun - the Samurai class is wild!
Love seeing these wild game modes being created!
Over a year ago a few of us accidentally stumbled onto a true class system game that BB had toyed around with. You picked your class before the match started and they had attributes like this. It was really cool. Also saw a few other cool things that never made it into the game. Glad to see you have brought this back.
It's really cool, really good example of the potential of this new editor.
This map is beyond cool. What a great way to shake it up! We played it a couple times in the last few days.
Played this map last night with my son and his friend (and a Rando who joined). Lots of fun, good reviews.
Samurai jumpscare is terrifying

That being said we played this yesterday and opened the lobby so it filled up.
The team at the "lower" (ie closest to your name) got pinned at spawn by snipers and there wasn't really anything they could do about it. Obviously they could have played smart and tried to strategize ect but they were kids and tbh it definitely would have taken some right play to bust up the pin
Not sure whether it was related to snipers or spawn though
But thoughts: (all just thoughts)
-possible temp invincibility or something when passing through spawn gate? Ie to prevent pins at the actual gate
-maybe some teleporters or something so that the gates aren't the only exit?
-(last) small sniper nerf? Tbh probably not this one because I kind of feel like they could have been pinned either way, it was just snipers as part of it (ie it's particularly frustrating to be one tapped)
Also to be clear these are not complaints at all, this whole thing is new and the reason we were playing your game is because it rocks 🤘
Tbh even just like "outside of spawn gates" might be good
So like spawn is not just the gates but that side
Ie basically a few more gates
That way if they were pinned at exits they could do more
And there are like just more gates basically
Like same place but maybe one down below your name

Now there are 3 gates basically, still same location
Yes sorry spawn exits. The shield you go through that kills other team if they try to enter
So that now that there are the two exits plus a teleporter which could even maybe just be stuck against a wall
Like just use teleporters to add a few more spawn exits
Not like out throughout the map but a few more doors to go through essentially out of spawn, so that they don't get pinned
Even if somehow the other team had one person covering each exit that's not enough for a pin
In the example in the game I was talking about the pin took place at the spawn that is closest to your name, ie next to "outside"
Additional spawn exits, that would still basically just be spawn exits, could be achieved with teleporters.
Maybe below your name
Or even in it, like coming out of it
Or out of the wall above the doorway above the bridge (closest)
Just a few more "ways out" that still just come out of the same spot. So not necessarily something that could be exploited perhaps in the way you are trying to avoid
Just a few more exits essentially so they can't get pinned, which can happen with two exits (and did)
That or tbh if they were buffed or invincible when passing through the exits that would also have worked of course

TLDR: use teleporters to add additional spawn exits to the spawn as described above, ie doors essentially at spawn, not throughout the map
And/or somehow give players temp invincibility when they exit spawn (for the 1st time)
(both just ideas to prevent spawn pins)
I'm not trying to whine and also this is not just a get gud situation I am pretty sure. Just feedback on our favorite game.
My son is no slouch in TDM and when the spawn pin started he had 22 kills but only ended with 25. This is not bragging I hope it's just that it wasn't just some moob kid getting pinned who had no idea what they are doing, although those kids all got pinned too lol
So the reason I have feedback and thoughts is because we've played it enough, because it is awesome
