If you go into the shop and look for weapons, you have them in your hand. Maybe do the same with skins, so if you click on a skin in the item shop, you have it on, so you see how the arm looks

I think it’s intentional. BB know that most skins are not that polished/looking good when you actually wear them. Or even compared to the CGI image in their Reddit posts.
They won’t do something that might lower their chances to sell a skin.
