last thing get an energy conversion device or fragment of mirror world as one of your rings but remember they dont stack toge if possible use a skill ring that fits on one of the normal slots and use an IB ring instead
also dont be afraid to reforge your tene armor you will reforge transfer it later onto your exa armor if you ever reach that

Well since those are pretty hard to come by we'll want to work on the simpler parts.
Dubbie is right with crit and maximize. These are the stats you'd mostly care about
(Most if not all characters do not care about their Hyper damage so you can honestly not favorite that)

I'd say you already got most things prepared, it looks like it'll come down to sockets and the artifact gear you have.
This is what my characters look like on average.
You already have the Rosso/Berthe raid accessories combo. I'd say you'd want to have the Dimension of Sinister Intent Wings tho (Corrupted).
Your artifact helps out immensely too with combat power.
Once when you apply the armor, and a 2nd time when your artifact reaches lvl 4.
For beginner players we recommend
Circlet - Skill Cooldown
Armor - Damage Reduction
Necklace - Bravery/Str Skill Damage (Your char is Bravery)
Rings - Polar/Raw% (I go double polarize always)
The color that you apply to the artifact matters a lot.
For DPS you want Yellow.
For Healers you want Green.
You're a DPS so you'd want Yellow
You're on the right track with the Pursuit stone sockets by the way.
But you'll need to get the Shining versions when socketing, so you'll want to do Heroic Dungeons for the Daily 3 certificates, (its per char so you can get more if you have the chars, if not its possible to buy stones off board).
I'd say the standard roll is
Damage to boss 2.5%, the Boss Damage Reduction can be whatever.
You mostly will care about your Boss Damage more then the Boss Dmg Red, although it is still very needed since late game, if you don't have atleast 30-45% Boss Dmg Red, Raid Boss starting from Abyss and up will pretty much 1 shot you.
The usual amount i've noticed to get atleast most of them to standard roll is around 30 Shining Pursuit stones, so if you have the ED you can buy thought off board o3ob

with Pursuit stones
and you can get some more Damage Reduction on your artifact armor

if you have other characters you can buy the fetch aura with their ep then backshare it back onto this one
