Hey, OM player here. thats for party not yourself. because of the level 70 passive awakened will dissembler it shows 10s on our end. but we dont get the debuff of stimpack. Our buff duration is 10s but everyone eles is 15s. its a funny character :T

OM has lower care than most chars in the game. Hes been hotfixed alot on release because he was clunky and most of his core elements werent changed nor adjusted to match half those fixes. And the dev team doesnt care too much about him otherwise because he has a low playerbase so the already sparse info on him is less so in implementation because they can do a thing and make a change, but they dont know how it works in the long term until it does work or people complain (example being cure dps before/after challenge changes)
So TLDR for this feedback post
- Upon learning the level 70 passive awakened will dissembler, you receive the "Awakened Will: Dissembler" instead of stimpack so you dont get the 15s buff, nor the enhanced buff from mod PA. its also the same reason why everyone else gets a higher overtreatment stack than we do since we get a passive buff and not the skill buff, we dont get the overtreatment debuff from it
