A big issue we have when free weapon and armor are given, such as the +11 VOS and the +10 Tenebrous Armor, is it renders any progress made prior to receiving those freebies moot. This is a problem since adventurers shouldn't be forced to grind stages all over again or worry about shadow effects again. I suggest giving us an option to either choose the cube, so new/returning players aren't left out, or an amulet, so people who have been working on their gear don't have to throw all that progress away and start over.

I've been saying this for a year, I even said it in the feedback threads 😭 so frustrated when they gave the +11 vos weapons and I had to restage them. When I already staged them fully pre-count nerfs. Also I had to replace a couple of well-built tenebrous with the punch pieces for the +10 enhancements. I am still trying to get back some perfect lines. It's been almost a year.
In the past I know they limited things like this because of advanced blacksmith dismantle but that literally doesn't exist anymore??? So it can't even be abused.

Idk why they continually do stuff like this to disrespect people's time and money. It discourages people who progress slower to even work on building gear when they know the game is going to give a free (somewhat) better version that invalidates all your progress.
For now I'm just going to ignore exascale because when I built tene I had to replace pieces anyway lol (and I didn't start tene significantly late or anything, I just couldnt whale on enhancements).

Ikr...the moment i got decent x4 +9 enhance, the game will move to next armor and throw to folk slightly(?) better version

My dem had tene with perfect 2nd lines and near perfect 1st and 3rd lines but I still had to trash it in favor of the +10 cuz it gave more cp
