Hiperactive skill and master skilll currently feels like they were left behind. tho this new gear gives em a lot more dmg increase for a few seconds, i think they should already be added to the list of enhaced skills of all skill damage stat. of course, there are some broken ms skills that needs to be balanced but still. whats the point of all that farming for em if we barely gonna use it?

It's a good direction, adding from the suggestion, even making them affected by All Skill Damage is at most just double it's damage, and probably not gonna compete with normal skill considering it's long animation. There's gotta be some incentive for people actively using HA and MC.
I feel like OM is a great example of how HA should be implemented, where it give benefit from using it rather than just plain damage, or how some MC skill could give SoT effect. It's some case where people actually want to use their HA and MC skill.
yes I agree with this. There's a good reason why ppl dont want to use HA or MC skills apart from mech. Do u guys really think making HA and/or MC skills an action button is a good way to make it useful? HA is pretty much an f1 button with long animation atp
