Pet Extraction question

I have a pet that was originally given out as an event reward. If I use the pet extraction on it, would it become sellable? When this pet came out, it wasn't for purchase in the item mall. So I don't believe that it was sellable. So that being said, if I extract this pet, can I now sell it? Or would it be account bound like when it was released?

Yes, it will become sellable. The raincat pet was event-exclusive and has already been sold to some people after pet extraction became a thing.
