when ur crit chance get too high the effect stat will drop
means if u slot in 10 crit u get 7.5 or so

your cp will drop if it is optomize but your damage will not
as armor like ap give crit and max base on enchant level
it do not reflect on your stats screen so when u have less then 100% u still do get 100% crit/max
