Why do we need this?

As it stands currently, you have no guarantee that the money you put in Ice Burner’s will guarantee an item of worth. Yes you are getting items. But you don’t open IB’s for orbs, region cubes and Complete Recovery potions. You want the current Ice Burner pieces from the gacha system.

How can the current system be improved?
Ice Burner Pity. every 10-20 pulls should guarantee an Ice Burner piece of that set. While 100 pulls will guarantee you the Weapon or an accessory piece. Second, allow us to 10 pull Ice Burners. (Actually not just Ice Burners, all rng cubes!)

How does this benefit players?
It will help alleviate dissatisfaction from opening many ice burners and receiving nothing. I remember buying 100 ice burners, only to get 2 bottom pieces and a pair of gloves. It just felt like a waste and it really turned me off from buying them. With the new system, I am guaranteed something for the money I spent for KC to buy the Ice Burner.

After reading an infinite amount of suggestions, I'm starting to wonder why should I even care about this game... And probably the crafting option was better for players, depending on how many materials KoG is going to ask you to craft an IB piece... Since the pity never guarantee you to get the piece that you want... Maybe you'll get just tons of gloves... But even a random piece is better than orbs, I guess...

I'm starting to wonder why should I even care about this game...
Because the game has a charm that appeals to you. Theres no shame in admitting that. Even though there are many flaws that make you question what the heck they're doing half the time

they should just make it so that you can buy all 9-10 IB pieces from ariel using the material you get every time you open an IB
