devi you can technically avoid rak inferno by just being far enough way so the iframe doesnt hit you/being aware of where she is

if shes below you you can delay it and dodge the explosions

if she actually hits you with them and you're not in super armor you just have to take the damage

you can clock, obten etc if the orbs dont actually hit you

and it has a range that doesnt cover most big maps (which is why you need to be aware of where she is)

if shes on the opposite side of the map 75% chance she wont hit you but will hit your partner

herrscher u cant rlly do anything about if he smacks you with a gottverg youre just gonna have to take it

One thing I try to do for Devi is just stay on her. Because once she gets off one Rak inferno the refund is so good she can keep doing it. Wynn had it mostly right, while big maps you can get out of range, Smaller maps are gonna suck.
A key thing to note as long as you arent hit by the inital casting of the ball you can press a button or even skill delay out of it.

Herrscher on the other hand... will snowball you to death if you let him get a good start.
