That skill is broken by design, it does so much unconditional damage but also feeds like crazy
It's so ironic they gutted the previous version of the skill damage-wise, but the utility for it was so good I still had it on the bar anyway

Eve is also very fast, and not really something u can punish right away either because of how far she tp's and usable at different angles
most opt for going upwards because not many classes really are gonna like, have very tall skills to catch up on that.
