I dont think you know what neutral means. In neutral neither party would have a skill up. Meaning, if I run away from AD during neutral, she's not gonna toss out chasing prey. Both neutrals are oppressive for normal characters. For Laby y'all can just fly over it 
and why would you just toss out Spirit Light and pray? that's just stupid. Pulling Light literally has storage, saves DA when they mess up a combo, saves him as a panic button, works as awk punish and oki. I'm pretty sure you can still do stomp combo on DA, it's just harder bc of his speed. And you saying DA is easy to fight for you means absolutely nothing. That would be like me saying "CA is easy for me to fight" Does that make CA any less stupid or godtier? No. It's a personal thing. The DAs you fight are awful. point blank. They rely on one shotting and don't learn anything about the character itself. I've seen DAs use >>ZX and go straight into XX so idk what the DAs you fight are doing.
The reason DA is not that good to you outside of his nuking ability is a product of your, and the people you fight's making.
The only time I've seen someone complain about DA underperforming was if they were underperforming themselves

and at least to AD and RV case their hitbox are so stupid you can't even do chip dmg against their dumb buttons cuz you can get hit while at it.
DA you can chip him out if he decides to spam >>ZX as I've said before without much concerns, he poses presence yet no threat

You can chip him out and get out of his range fairly easily, he's melee as hell, he doesn't have thick hitboxes like AD's dive covering a giant aah square that is like a 1/4 of a screensize
and with no skill ups no split light or so pulling light, his best inputs are >>ZX which I'm honestly done talking with how easy you can fight it off, >>^XZ which only works to create safe space rather than chase and his flying inputs, which is not like Laby's, it doesnt have a hitbox and he has no much commands to work off in air, and even if he had mana, most of DA skills in terms of PvP, aren't castable midair, so he's pretty open to get hit in the air, maybe with mod glory legacy that may change since mod glory is midair castable, cheap cost and circular hitbox, but until then, he has little to no tool in the air
Like I guess as a shakti, shakti was it that you play? I can see some struggles, since the char is also melee as hell and cannot just hit and dip
but a lot of others can contest his >>ZX with their own super armor spam inputs, or have super armors that can out last pulling light, Oz mod dark ring for example
especially the many out there who also own projectiles vs a class who is melee as hell w/ an air mobility that isnt as flexible as Laby's to give him air safety

How does the rank up system work for pvp? Is it based on CP or does it increase when u have a win streak? Some days I only get 2% per match now I lose 12% (both for same rank) and I gain 7%+/-
