CEs summons are pretty easy, sometimes their ai goes dumb owo plus a bit obnoxious teleportation because the player who is the CEs keeps running from you causing summon to retreat.

As in
only certain skills do this
some others go into CD but dont get casted when the person gets hit at the same time of using it
but its always gonna happen with same skills under that situation
so for haunting spirit's case, it will always come out if u hit the opponent when they cast it and they'll still be able to use it again
so knowing this can help you understand if the person actually used or not the skill
the only thing that I'm aware has 2 different case of situation instead of just one like everything else
is awakening
where using it and being hit at the same time cancels awakening, it doesnt get consumed
and nothing happens
the other case being that the awk also doesnt get consumed, BUT, the delay gets applied
so you get a free catch out of it.

- I don't follow up on hit confirms
- I literally only abuse one command to catch with, when I have plenty of options
- I don't use my actives or my tenacity skills nearly enough, when they could open plenty of opportunities for catches

unless you have some stoic kind of skill like iron body which aren't a lot of classes that do

like they have had an extensive history showing that a lingering skill with constant hitstun is dumb

i suggest going into half moon when freezing so you can get double glacier and the cast is faster speed
for example if it's berthe and it's a strength ban i try to petrify first before i start freezing, depending on the dps the petrify can last in 15-6-1 to 150 and then i chain freeze him
