#Minerva Class Path Skill Adjustments

Minerva is a Rose class with a lot of potential, however, many of her skills are clunky in terms of how they are used and it can be hard to get their full damage output. Skills such as C4 and Lightweight Mine require time to set them up, which limits their uses, while those such as Servo Nitro and Einherjar could have other beneficial effects for the party. Some adjustments for her skills include the following:

Lightweight Mine/C4 Remote Control: Holding down the skill key will release all of them at once, similar to the way grenades are treated, with quicker speed too.
Phantom Shot/Freezing Bullet/Blazing Bullet: Combine Phantom Shot's mod and normal skill into one; remove mod. Phantom Shot, Freezing Bullet, and Blazing Bullet can be used in air; shot at downward angle.
Lightweight Mine [Mod]: Give this a mod replaced from Phantom Shot. Mod would include throwing all mines at once in a circle shape around you. Mines can't be stored. Mines will track targets after time passes.
C4 Remote Control [Mod]: A revised version of this mod would be throwing all three C4s downward directly below Rose in a fan shape and having them explode upon contact with the ground, an enemy, or sticking to the ground. C4s cannot be stored. Activatable in air.
Photon Bomb [Mod]: Photon Bomb Explosion last for three seconds, does non-flinching after the initial explosion while still pulling in targets.
Servo Nitro: Veteran Combat buff affects allies. Usable in air with no animation.
Einherjar: Duration of 25 seconds, allies receive all skill damage buff +10%, with an additional 5% added to skills that can be used in air. Buff grated to allies within shockwave field.
Crossmore: Remove damage decrease.
Neil Sniping [Mod]: Usable is air.
Freezing Grenade [Both]: Normal version has ice field effect. Mod version throws all grenades at once with same effect.
Flash Grenade: Usable in Overstrike, 3 throwable in air.
Viper Shower & Penetrating Bullet: Casting speed increased on ground & in air.

I do like the changes for einherjar, but i think this is something for the future IF they give einherjar a mod (honestly, the skill itself isnt really much, provides not much dmg aswell, also replace empowered trait with heavy)

I do feel like the C4 and Lightmine shouldn't really be touched since they're more of pvp tools, maybe Lightmine to maybe turn it into a bravery in a rewamp maybe.

What they really need to do is: make Mod Freezing Grenade work like Mod Pressure Grenade, throw them all at once. Make Light Grenade usable while on Overstrike. Make Neil Sniping usable mid-air (both mod and unmod) and also make each shot hit multiple targets if they are close to each other (mod). Servo nitro mid air (as u said), and increase the % of Crossmore (or make it more concentred like u said) and EMP storm. I feel like she's fine on Viper Shower and Penetrating Bullet, but they NEED to be scaled with action speed, everything else is instantly casted while the most damage dealer skills is pepega cast.

I'm not sure, she was preatty strong if you don't mind using mid-air skill, KoG even had to nerf her buffs because of that... Maybe you can add skills or mod skills, but I don't think that you have to revert KoG nerfs, especially if you consider that KoG nerfed almost all buffers.

Some of these changes have been applied to Minerva since I first made this post, but many of them would still make her skills more decent than they currently are.
