KoG hardly nerfed professions with their revamp, players can farm less chest now, players have more problems to enhance, the alchemist lost a system, but it had low utility because you wasn't able to use it on sage stones... And only the alchemist got something good in exchange.

I'm asking to revert this revamp or improve the current system because now it's harder to progress. The current k-ching rate make everything worse, because we have problems to farm useful items or ED to buy k-ching from other players. We need k-ching to improve the enhancement level and repair our broken items.

Actions about it are needed, the system need a fix, other games requires less resources and less time than this game, and it's just not possible to earn ED with the profession system in that state.

Not too sure about a whole "reversion" to the old system, but I would like the new profession systems to be improved

#

Bring back enhancement skipping for blacksmiths for example

Based suggestion

#

Would ask for the best of both worlds, The New leess clutter materials and the systems how they were before

soft tide
#

Nah

#

Cuz the whole reason blacksmith thrived before was because of the split materials

#

+3 was good because +7 to +8 was super cheap compared to +8 to +9

#

All professions at lvl 10 should get their current titles as passives

#

Or at the very least should have some sort of big defining passive

#

Also for a blacksmith title owo
Refined Artistry
-10% chance to not consume materials when advanced enhancing
-anvil cooldown is halved

No, I would prefer to be able to use anvil at most 6 times with each time being recharged in an hour each like the old system, back then we were able to level up our blacksmiths faster when the anvils recharged like that and allowed 6 uses and every 10x it would heat up and turn red (giving an extra chance).

#

If that could be done, and remove the limits on the blacksmith hammers stored, and each attempt would still give an hammer it would help.

#

(so I can stock up on 500 blacksmith hammers if I wanted to and spam items to +10 or 11 with less of a hastle after they buff those hammers a bit more to half the current chance of breaking with them)

#

Here is how if feels like when enhancing with blacksmith hammers (and the normal hammers as well):
(+9 -> +10)

  • Success: 1.5%
  • No Change: 75%
  • Break: 23.5%

I break every time I use them...

i like old system more than this, but my rng is bad with both systems

#

my rng was good then, bad with new.

#

back then I could go from +7 to 10 easily and then sell amulet for 1.5b ED, now I cant do that for super fast ED anymore.

bring back enhancement skipping for blacksmiths

strange laurel

I agree about it. Alchemist is useless... Blacksmith is useless... Treasure Hunter can give you only useless drops that you need to sell to make few ED and it got nerfed. Bring back old professions, bring back old Blacksmith and his ability to skip leves with great and super success!

alchemist: can craft more potions, can craft some stones, can get amulets from flask (same rarity of the title, up to +10 and armor only), bring socketing ability back; blacksmith: have a pity system, bring back great success and super success, can enhance items on other characters and/or can enhance 1 lucky equipement every 90 days (one per account and only at level 10); treasure hunter: get more items from chests, can get more items for other professions with higher rate from the el sphere, have a low chance to get +8 to +10 amulets (0,001%), never get again 1 herb, if you want to have herbs as rewards, they have to come in bulk (like 30 or more at once) and the same goes for water, flour and powder. make all profession titles banksharable and add more items to the el sphere and to the flask.

I feel strongly on this too but at this point it is clear that Nexon only cares for the KR players and server and puts the other servers on the back burner as if we are nothing but garbage it feels like.

#

The only way for them to revert it is if we spread it to our korean friends to complain and spreading it there to their server players to make a change.

At this point the problems aren't the publisher or the developers, but the playerbase itself...

#

Some players quit to never come back, while others got deceived by new shiny things like more classes and a lot of promises and excuses...

strange laurel
#

I'm thinking to close this suggestion because now there are many other suggestions about this topic, with a lot of tips about how to fix professions...

strange laurel
#

remove failure or downgrade

strange laurel
#

Make that the Blacksmith can upgrade items stored in the bank of the others characters so my LV. 10 Blacksmith isnt useless anymore. Revert the revamp or add something that improve the current state of professions, add a pity...

strange laurel
#

i agreed, but elsword developers aren't going to do that

strange laurel
#

i can see why it was better, i like this suggestion and i want it ...

Add old accessories and new dungeons accessories to alchemist crafting and yes, blacksmith was better before.

verbal bane
#

it sounds better than the actual improved professions... i wish to get a pity system for random functions (drop included)

I need the old blacksmith benefits. The new one is so bad, it's trash.
