Does anyone know good mods/datapacks that overhaul villages for Neoforge 1.21.1 besides Towns and Towers and ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Villages? Preferably ones that don't have a large amount of houses with loot in them?

Luki's Grand Capitals is a pretty cool one. It still makes the village buildings a little bigger, but the village overall size in comparison is almost the same as normal. I would recommend having a look at the gallery tab to see if it is a good fit for what you are looking for. Otherwise there is Repurposed Structures that if I recall also adds some changes to villages.

I think there's a config for that, you could also manually unify recipes with something like KubeJS but that may be more complicated depending on how well your understanding of coding is

if I remember correctly if you bonemeal azalea, then lush cave here it should spawn rooted dirt under it

Check the KubeJS wiki, there are tutorials that describe what you need to do to make your scripts
You don't open anything with Java in KubeJS, if you tried to open the .jar file then yes, it will not work

That's the mod itself, it has nothing to do with you coding your scripts

Typically that is a feature in mods like Optifine. However I know some other mods add this feature like Quark. I would suggest using Quark even though it adds a lot of other features. If you just want the refill blocks feature go for Optifine, overall I would suggest Quark, if you want shaders and quark use iris/occulus.

it does have, the humans or any entities built their own houses and other structures, and seeing them grow and build house while player doing nothing and watch the civilization advances. rather than i build them a houses and structures. however, player do is giving traits or powers to entities, to make them advances. its more like a civilization simulator just like Worldbox?

Hello. I'm looking for a modpack (not a mod, but I guess it's close enough). It's a modpack I played last year (probably around summer, maybe earlier) so it's not super recent but not super old as it's on a recent version. It's a skyblock modpack where the main resource generation is like a generator that needs a catalyst (texture was similar to the amethyst when it's fully grown) and, when put in the generator, it generates crystals that you can craft into resources, and the catalysts/crystals have tiers. I have probably deleted he instance for disk space and I can't find any videos on youtube. I was wondering if anyone has played the modpack and could help me find it

I'm just trying to remember if there are mods that are similar. Closest thing that I do have currently is from Immersive Armors. There's a steampunk armor set where the goggles that go on your head have the effect where if you crouch for a second you can see mobs and other creatures briefly as if they have the glow effect.

So I'm trying to see if I can find something else similar.

Come to think of it. It may have been a ring item that looks like it came from the Gobber 2 mod where you used the ring and it gives surrounding entities, including ones past walls, glowing so that you can see them if you're trying to find them.

Hi. Sorry for the long text but i need help with selecting modpacks for gameplay in my group:
I have a friend group of 3 where I've tried to introduce them to the world of minecraft and accidentally put them off of it for some time because i misjudged and made them play super grindy and/or hardcore modpacks, be it rlcraft or similar. I recently learned that one of my friends hate games that get too grindy and dislikes building(for the sake of building) and redstone, and infact mostly like roguelikes or gacha. They did get addicted to rlcraft at the start when there was much to explore, but then got turned off. The second friend didnt mind and liked technical or anything minecraft related.

They play on a fairly old laptop but could run RLCraft 2.9.3 fairly decently without too much trouble (i hosted the server) but they cannot use shader's whatsoever.

My question is, for someone who's fairly new to minecraft, likes roguelikes/roguelites and adventure/exploration and gameplay with decent amount of grinding for gear but not too much, how good of a selection are these modpacks for them? (They like Skyrim, Gunfire Reborn, Hades, Wuthering Waves and similar)

Also it's pretty easy to learn, the commands are basically what they say on the tin

There's also Axiom but I'd say it's a bit more involved than Worldedit

Oh, that's the Villager Guard mod. I think that's the name. It adds guards for your village. Surprisingly effective for defending against raids.
