it gave me an error window after 20 tries, there was not enough space on the disk. I recommend making the window go into the middle of the screen because at the bottom it merges with modpack graphics and it cant be seen easily

I made my own enderman mod and placed the .jar in my modpack’s mods folder but it doesn’t show up anywhere inside the curseforge app the mod loads in game but the app itself doesn’t list it

furthermore when I share my profile code with a friend the custom mod gets removed on their end and doesn’t appear in their mods folder at all Is this intended behavior or is there a way to include custom .jar mods when sharing a profile?

To share a modpack with a custom mod, you need to use the zip. I believe custom mods are removed from the code export due to security concerns

Does anyone know what to suggest? Iv been having this problem for days now my Minecraft on curse forge wont load iv tried making new packs, iv done the cmd test and the mdsched many many times everything keeps coming back clear, sometimes it will load into minecraft but refuse the world even when iv just made it fresh, my graphics driver is up to date and on high performance for Minecraft as that is what Minecraft suggested (crash log) and everything in general is up to date storage is fine and ram is more than fine. Hi, I'm using Curseforge Servers ever since around when it was released.
At this time, the voting and servers-site is down a lot. This leads to personal frustrations and frustrations for my players (which becomes an issue for me).
It seems like other parts of the Curseforge platform/website do not suffer from these issues.
Many times throughout the day, the site simply won't even load/open. When it does, the voting option rarely works.
If this will not be fixed, then I might have to look at replacing the server listing.
I hope we can look at a practical solution to tackle this problem.

So I don't get how I'm having this issue, but,

whenever I install one Curseforge mod in particular (Villager Recruits), its latest version and the one that installs, is 1.14.0 the latest version, but it tells me to Update the mod.

When I do press "Update Now", it changes the version automatically from 1.14.0 to 1.13.5, the last updated version. For some added context, 1.14.0 dropped two days ago, 1.13.5 has been around since June.

Does anyone know why this is happening, or how I fix it? (I'm not the mod author, if that's necessary)

Ok, I've been ignoring this for a while, but it's out of control, now I can't even read the log file. The CurseForge window for the log always (repeatable) appears above the top-left corner of Windows, so it's impossible for me to see part of the window. Today, today it's so far off the edge I can't even read the log file. Can we fix this?? Is there a config or something I can reset to zero??

Note that if I take the time to change the desktop resolution in Windows, then move the log window, then change the resolution back, it will be readable. However, every time it creates the log window, it sticks back above the corner again.

I wanted to install Curse Forge, so I downloaded the installer and ran it, but it won't launch properly.
I've tried restarting, checking my security software settings, updating the OS to the latest version, and even running disk repair, but nothing changes.

After running the installer, the cursor just spins a few times, then nothing happens. The installer window doesn't even appear. Nothing shows up in Task Manager either. No new folder gets created in the project file directory.

Does anyone know the cause or a solution?

Can take some time after releases first drop from Mojang to show on CF. Specially same day. With that said can also take time for the modloaders and in turn mod devs to update. Can be anywhere from a few hours to weeks (mod/modloader) depending on changes made in the base game

im here just to ask and see whats said. ive redownloaded my mod pack several times repaired it, ive redownloaded java newest version i have 2 friends that downloaded and loaded the pack and it started and ran perfectly fine. mine however just starts up, i watch it start but if i click the iwndow it says not responding, and inevitably crashes every time without fail. i had optifine 1.20.1, but so did a friend of mine and theirs works. ive cleared the file path itself redownloaded, same outcome. minecraft launcher works fine, i even tried starting from surse forge itself, same outcome. any help? i get exit game error 1 and an apology that makes me scream violently cuz that tells me nothing lol. but thats from the minecraft launcher anyway no surprise
