We will need more info to look into this -

  • Have you ensured the motherboard is plugged in?
  • Full component list of the PC
  • Does this occur on all desks in the workshop, or just a specific one?

The motherboard is plugged cause ia am able to boot to OS

I can go into bios on other PCs it is just this one

Could you also let us know what Keyboard is on that workbench, and whether it is plugged in (If it is a wired keyboard)? ๐Ÿ™‚

It is wireless

MSI Forge Gk600 wireless

Thanks for confirming - it looks like an issue with wireless keyboards not recognising when the keys are pressed - we will verify and fix the issue for a future update ๐Ÿ™‚

In the mean time the work-around of using a wired keyboard will have to be used for entering the bios
