#Bugged customer ram

So I’m doing a CPU swap for a email from Martelli.Jamie after swapping the CPU and putting everything back together as you normally would, the computer will instantly throw a blue screen. When I open the thermals app it states that the ram stick is faulty when I buy a new ram stick It states that I need to put in the customers ram stick despite this is the exact carbon copy from the store, but the game says that I need to put it back because that sticks supposed to be in there a.k.a. the faulty one.

Issue: bad ram conflicted with owned by with the bug ram

I tried to swap out the broken rim, despite says owned by the owner with a fresh brand new one and it still says that I need to put it back because it does not belong to the owner.

This also prevents me from actually completing the thing it won’t even get past. It literally won’t let me hit check on the PC can boot to OS.

Hello!
All the emails for non-story jobs will have a code on the email - if you copy that code in here we can use it to replicate the job and look into the issue 🙂
