Guild actions for leaders who stop playing.

I have noticed a lot of complaints in game chat about guild leaders who abandon the game leaving guilds with less active players.

I know the recommendation is for people to join another guild, but..

Here are my thoughts:

• make a second in command rank "lieutenant" with the admin rights to remove absent members. This can be set my existing leader. (A nicer way to clean up inactive players)

Or

• a vote function, when 5 members (50% of guild) vote a player "off the island" for inactivity. (This is a more aggressive action).

Or again

Have a "30 days of inactivity" auto drop from guilds...
