It would be useful to be able to do something with orbs of heroes you don't own. Maybe another altar function?
For example I have more than 900 golden Bala orbs, but I don't have the hero. It would be useful to be able to exchange as many orbs as I want for those of another hero - probably less of them, some kind of exchange rate would have to be worked out.
Apologies if this is already a thing and I didn't find out yet

At the risk of sounding like the OGs on my last suggestion, here I go. I will first say that I like the idea of being able to use orbs only at the sacrificial altar, regardless of if you have that hero. But especially in the case of the golden bala, and the other goldens, it’s nice to already have that stockpile of orbs when you finally do get that first copy of that hero.

I agree, you can then level that hero up pretty quickly. The only issue is that literally all I ever summon is common orbs or copies of common heroes. Don't think I'll ever summon something like bala

I just dropped 100 diamonds on a kings summon, figured I’d try my luck. Was only praying for anything not common. And wouldn’t you know I got a Gerke Farmer… nearly stopped playing for the day. Backed out and saw I had a free spin from the daily summon category so I hit that and got my third boblin blinder.
So, the drop rates are definitely screwed in this game. But, in my experience, when you do get lucky you get pretty damn lucky.
