Increase the AP Max Velocity of the modified Titan to 195 m/s

Considering this titan is one of only two ships next to the baldie with additional torches from the base model, perhaps it might be a nice idea to bring it in line with the baldie and increase the max AP velocity to 195 m/s to allow for the variant to have a greater use set, especially for people, who like myself, enjoy the convenience of the autopilot.

Edit: something i initially forgot, it also allows for this variant to be even more usable for astro point updating or trading, as it allows you to travel between locations faster, combined with the fact that (at least personally) i find this ship more able to get out of the way of rocks than the baldie, makes it just as good to get out of the way of obstacles

It's been ages since I tried it, but if you adjust the tuning on the Bald Eagle, you can't actually turn its max up that high any more. That said, I wish the kitsune had a higher max tune too, so if they do make it variable per ship, it'd be nice to see the kitsune go up to at least 150.
