My save is Beware the Predator. Sent a crew aboard SE1-1115 (ghost ship) and was progressing through dialogue, when it happened to smack into GA Station, causing a lot of damage and a radiator explosion. The lifepod spawned but a few seconds later the game hung. I had just pulled up the OMS screen at the time. I waited for a couple minutes but ultimately had to force quit.

Do I understand correctly that you had OMS pulled up when the event happened? OMS was up the whole time on your screen?
