[1.64.6] OLED HUD positioning adjustment affects background blur of OMS

was getting a few screenshots of the space bar as I'm looking at picking up working on the wiki again, when i noticed that the bottom and left borders of the screen show through the blur.

I presume that this is happening as a result of an oversight to the OLED saving feature

actually can confirm it's the adjustment, went back and the bottom border fixed itself
