Game defaulting to integrated graphics card and OpenGL error

Initiating the game through Steam. I won't run, and returns an OpenGL error.

My computer is a Dell G15 5535 with a 4060 8GB card, but I'm pretty sure this is a DELL issue and not a DeltaV one. Issue started on 9/27/2024. no issues prior to that with 18 hours played.

Right now the logs shows "GPU driver didn't initialize"; it doesn't even go far enough to tell me what kind of a driver you have.
