Expose minimum velocity option for tugs - velocity below which an object is considererd stopped enough and won't be targetted.
This would allow using tugs economically as "safety net" for escaping ore.
Similar tuning option for hauls could also be handy, but it would need to involve prioritization (and relative velocity) rather than hard threshold.
, with high minimum velocity threshold would effectively and rapidly trap yeeting out
(and other ores IF they are also flung at high velocities) without wasting drone components on slowly moving stuff.
