Steps to recreate:

  1. Dock to the space bar
  2. Once you get the comms prompt, undock and leave
  3. If you are quick enough, you are still able to order a round of drinks, even if you are outside of the bar

I mean, yes, this happens, and this is a consequence of how the entire dialogue system works. The most likely remedy for this is retconning.
