[1.28.15] Ship computer ignores excavator & baffle mass

The ship computer does not appear to take the mass of excavators, cargo baffles, or the Kitsune's extendable cargo bay into account. This causes the ship to think it has more ΔV then it does during normal flight, and consume insufficient propellant during interlunar transit.
