I was mining near the ganymede anarchy station, but then I saw that a bounty hunter was approaching it, so I tried using astrogation (set to 10m/s) to get back to it easily to see what was going on. (I was close enough to the station so that it was visible in the minimap.) However, my ship arrived literally within the station, jammed in hard enough that my microseismic scanner was detecting parts of the station within my cargo bay. I'm guessing that because I was so close, the astrogation decided to reward me with a more precise arrival, without limiting it to a minimum safe distance away from it. Also, the very center of my ship was technically outside of the station, which could be why it chose that location.

be sure to upload your data directory, including save files and logs. See here for more info: https://discord.com/channels/426287934870781952/1067385553261166602
i tried, but it seems discord isn't letting me upload zip files
it's 2 MB as zip and 1.3 as 7z, but discord keeps saying upload failed, even though sending the png worked
you could try uploading and sharing them via dropbox, google drive, etc
[1.0.47] Stuck in GA station after astrogation
Interesting edge case. You astrogated from 4km away?
yeah
I see.
Your astrogator can't avoid collisions up that close, but that outcome is certainly not something I'd like to have.
Fixed in 1.0.48, with a minimum astrogation distance being raised from 3km to 15km - astrogating from 3km away doesn't make in-universe sense anyway.
Build should be up in experimental in few minutes.
