The videos/animations get quite repetitive quite soon. Having an option to skip them would be nice, or perhaps shorten them to a minimum.
Edit for clarity: I am aware there's a button for this. I'd like to not have to press a button to fast forward every time. If this covers load times, it should be adjusted to not take unnecessary time and not need extra buttons used.

You can hold space or some mouse key to speed them up. They get so fast it's not really an issue anymore.

Not sure if the game needs some loading time it hides in the videos' time

that sequence is required for initialization of stuff. if we skip it, you'll just sit on blank/load screen for the same time as the fast-forward takes

that sounds completely fine too. or make it fast forward by default. my main issue is having to press a key to make it not take longer than necessary.
