Was finishing up a dive with my brand new Vulture when I experienced a hang-up that lasted I believe over a minute. No inputs were responsive, couldn't pause, alt+tabing did nothing, neither did windows+tab or using the trackpad gesture for opening the task view. Was attempting to capture a resource chunk with my manipulator arm. When game unfroze, all inputs performed during the freeze were performed, including alt-tabbing and opening the task view. Unfortunately could not get a screenshot due to the lockup.

This sounds like a system thing. This game has no authority to inhibit alt-tab.
