The reserve (without the spoilery(?) intro sentence) reads:
Your mech gains a free Custom Paint Job for the duration of the next mission, and you can also spend this reserve to gain +1 Accuracy on all mech skill checks and saves during a combat of your choice.
Does that mean that
a) you can get the Accuracy bonus only before using Custom Paint Job, and then the CPJ doesn't function, because the reserve carries these two alternative uses?
b) you can use it before or after CPJ, but if before, you spend the reserve and therefore no longer hanve the CPJ?
c) you can use both effects independently?
Also, if there's a way to add the free CPJ on comp-con without messing the system count, that'd be great!
