overall the main problem of E shift in victor specifically is he can still damage you on eshift

so he doesnt suffer the damage that happens in his skill

AND if there is enemies around and he built life steal, its a free refill

its different compared to like calico, which has basically a e shift as a ult

it damages on getting in and out of the ult, and torment pulse can be triggered while in that form

calico uses her ult as a escape tool, while victor uses e shift as a reset button
